Dr. Tamare P. Piersaint, Psy.D.
Dr. Piersiant is married to her husband of almost 14 years, together they have an active 13-year-old son.
Dr. Tamare P. Piersaint has 15 years+ of experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan. In addition to being the owner of Serenity for Youth & Families, Dr. Piersaint has served as the Clinical Program Director for Western Psychiatric Institute & Clinic of UPMC’s inpatient psychiatric units. She is the Chair of the Child & Family Institute at California University of Pennsylvania (CALU), past chair of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association Graduate Students board, has served on the UPMC & Community Patient Relations Committee, the Allegheny County Minority Emergency Preparedness Tasks Force, was a founding member of Allegheny County Human Services “Welcoming Pittsburgh” initiative among others.
Dr. Piersaint is also an academic, she is an Assistant Professor in the undergraduate Department of Psychology and graduate School Psychology program at CALU.

Simone Dupree, MSPC is passionate about providing the highest quality of clinical care to children, adolescents and their families. She is a compassionate and caring therapist with a vision to help families and children live their best version of themselves. She has expertise in working with children, adolescents, and parents who are experiencing anxiety and everyday life struggles. She has held previous positions helping at risk youth and families through community programs as well as therapy.
She is a graduate of Carlow University and is currently pursuing her licensure for professional counselor. Her experience has taught her that clients thrive best when they are heard and understood. She helps her clients develop the tools and skills needed to overcome their struggles. She uses a holistic approach as well as a client-centered therapy and art therapy to assist her clients.
